Bidding Conditions

An invoice is normally sent to the winner within 24 hours after a listing ends. To avoid any delay or lost communication, please make sure your e-mail address registered with your account is valid and still working.  Otherwise, you may have a problem communicating with us.

If you cannot make your payment immediately, please contact us within 2 days from the end of the listing about your preferred payment method.  Then, payment must be received within 5 days after that.

PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT SURE THAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY.

Please e-mail us if you have any question before you bid. However, please do not e-mail us if you are inquiring about authenticity because all our items are 100% authentic.  You will not be disappointed.

In case of any problem, please let us know within 48 hours after receiving the item to allow us to solve it before prematurely giving us a negative feedback.  We are always willing to solve any problem with our buyers.

Return Policy

Customers' satisfaction is the most importance to us. If you need to return an item, please e-mail us regarding this BEFORE returning; otherwise, your return will not be accepted. Your return item must be mailed within 3 days after the item has been received (we keep track of delivery confirmation) in the original unused condition (we inspect all items before processing a refund) for the purchase price less a restocking fee of 10% and the shipping/handling fee paid to send the item to you. A return beyond this period will not be accepted in any case. A shipping service with insurance and tracking number must be used for a return; we are not responsible for a lost return item. A refund is issued within 7 days after the return item has been received. We are not responsible for any shipping fee to return an item back to us in any case. For international buyers, we are not responsible for customs duties if there is any.

If you would like to make an exchange for an alternate item, please submit a separate order for the other item you would like to purchase. Then, we will process a refund for the item you want to return when we receive your original item back. Please note that if the alternate item is purchased within 3 days after you receive the original item, a restocking fee will not be charged.

USPS (United States Postal Service) PRIORITY MAIL: FREE (taking 2-3 days for most locations), always insured with tracking number and delivery/signature confirmation.  Please note that we may use Fedex ground, insured with signature confirmation, for some states near our warehouse or for an order higher than $1,000.

USPS EXPRESS MAIL (optional): $25 (overnight delivery for most locations), always insured with tracking number and signature confirmation

International Bidders

USPS (United States Postal Service) EXPRESS (always insured with tracking number and signature confirmation): $30 (normally taking about 3-5 business days in transit once shipped)

Please note that for USPS international shipping (much cheaper than FedEx or UPS), EXPRESS is the only way to acquire a tracking number.  Therefore, we do NOT use any other regular shipping with a lower shipping fee. Some packages without a tracking number were lost in some countries.

Buyers don’t usually have to pay any local customs duties or taxes.  However, in a rare case that there is some in which we have no control over (depending on the customs in your country); we are not responsible for these charges. Shipments will be insured for, and our responsibility limited to, the same amount specified on the customs declaration form.  Buyers may request for any lower commercial value on their packages as desired (at your own risk), but we will consider this on a case by case basis. Our responsibility is limited to the same amount specified on the customs declaration form.  Please note that if you request for a very low declared value (much lower than the purchased price), we will not accept Paypal.

Shipping

According to PAYPAL policy, we ONLY ship items to the Verified/Confirmed address registered with your account.  If you need your item shipped to an unconfirmed address, please use CASHIERS CHECK, or BANK WIRE TRANSFER.  Again, an exception may be considered based on your feedback history.

Combined shipment: We offer FREE shipping for any additional items you buy, provided that the shipping fee for the item ended with the highest price is paid in full. This offer is VALID ONLY IF all items are paid in ONE payment, and all items are paid within 7 days after the FIRST item has been ended.

Sample calculation:

1^st item: ends Oct 1st at $400 with $15 shipping fee

2^nd item: ends Oct 4th at $100 with $10 shipping fee

This offer is valid ONLY IF the total of $400 + $100 + $15 = $515 is paid by Oct 8 in ONE payment.
