Since diamonds grading is an art and not an exact science, do not worry if other partial (do not buy or sell) gemmologists grades your diamonds differently. Please contact us before you return anything back and all items must be sent Fully Insured and on the responsibility of the sender. All return packages must state "RETURNED ITEM" on the front and you may be liable to custom release charges. If the returned Jewellery is damaged, altered or worn it will not be accepted. All Jewellery will be automatically shipped with UPS, DHL or D2D so please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.
All shipments are traceable and international buyers are responsible to ask at their local custom office regard the import duties & taxes due.
