This tool is made of solid sheet brass with what appears to be  a lacquered finish. It has two projecting tabs to place against the disc on which the centre needs to be located. By marking a line against the straight edge, and then turning the tool around the disc and marking a second line, the centre of the disc can be located. One side of this tool has two pieces of masking tape adhered to the face. Measures approx. 397mm x 228mm at widest points. No maker's mark.
