PAYMENT

  • I accept and prefer payment by Paypal
  • I also accept cheques and Postal Orders in GBP only.  Items paid for by cheque will not be shipped until payment has cleared.
  • Payment to be made within 7 days of auction finishing, please advise me immediately if there is a problem with payment

POSTAGE

  • I will always get a Proof Of Postage Receipt
  • I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, but I will always help in any pursuit of compensation from Royal Mail
  • I will retain all Proofs of Postage until either feedback has been left (indicating item has been received) or for a period of 60 days (items sent by Surface Mail excepting)
  • In the majority of circumstances, items will be posted the day after cleared payment has been received.  I have twin toddlers, however, so there are never any guarantees!  Read my feedback, in the vast majority of cases, items are shipped very promptly.
  • Postage costs include an element for Packaging and fees.  If you are not happy with the cost stated, please don’t bid! 
  • I try to recycle where possible – please do not be offended if your packaging has been used previously, I’m just trying to be environmentally friendly!

RETURNS

  • I always try to describe my items as honestly and accurately as possible, however I am only human so if I have made an error please contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve any problems.
  • If you are not happy with your purchase, return it in the same condition as it was received within seven days and I will refund your purchase price.
