1. All goods purchased from Black Sauce are covered by our 14 day satisfaction guarantee and are checked before posting. Any item agreed to be faulty will be replaced free of charge. Please retain original packaging in case of us needing to claim for damage during transit. If you wish to return any goods you must contact us first.

2. In the rare case of an item going missing in the post, please be aware that Royal Mail won't allow a claim until after 15 days, so we won't be able to pursue it until then.

3. It is your responsibility to read the descriptions carefully and note sizes, materials, etc. If unsure of anything, please contact us as we are always happy to help. If necessary we will contact manufacturers to get the answer you need.

4. Under distance selling laws you have the right to cancel our agreement within 7 days after receipt of the goods. You must email us within this time otherwise you will be subject to the normal returns policy. You will still need to pay the return postage.

5. If you buy and later change your mind after 7 days of receipt of goods we reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee and you will have to return the item at your own cost.

6. Rings and clothing can be returned if the wrong size has been ordered. You must return these items unused and in their original packaging. We must receive the returns before we can send out replacements and you return them at your own cost. If the replacement required is out of stock it may take up to 21 days for it to be delivered to you, please allow for this. You are welcome to order more than one size and return the unwanted ones, as long as you contact us first and return the extra items unused and in their original packaging.

7. Consumables are non returnable - i.e. incense, herbs, resins, powder and any items that are burnt or otherwise used in such a way as to be deemed consumed.
