Sugar decorations will be individually packed in bubble wrap and tissue, and packed within a large strong box to reach you in excellent condition.   When you receive them we advise unpacking them to ensure they have travelled well.   Due to the fragile nature of our products they occasionally get damaged in transit.   Please inform us of breakages within 3 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the broken items and we will replace/refund your flowers.
