PRYOR ENGAGEMENT is a CD of trombone solos played by Ian Bousfield and accompanied by the most famous brass band in the world, Black Dyke Band. 

The title is a play on words as all the solos on the CD were either composed or played by that most famous of trombone players from the last century, Arthur Pryor.

The pedigree of this CD is simply without question. Ian Bousfield is one of the world's foremost trombonists. Having previously been Principal Trombone of the Halle and London Symphony Orchestras, he now holds that position in the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra.

Black Dyke Band are simply the most famous and successful brass band in history and celebrated their 150th anniversary in 2005.
