Here I offer a CD containing high resolution scans from 2 original photo albums which belonged to a soldier in the Tank Regiment in North Africa during WW2.

The albums have many written details, ie names of his army friends and locations, including Lydda, Palestine, Benghasi, Jerusalem.  I have added these to the images.  Unfortunately I do not know the owner's name as he has described himself only as "yours truly".

There are plenty of photos of tanks, desert camps and uniformed soldiers.  There are also around 15 images that were developed from German negatives found in Bardia.  These feature a German air gunner looking out of a plane, German transport planes, German planes smashed up on the ground, German desert army camp.
