  • Scan the SCSI/IDE bus for devices and collect information about their capabilities.
  • Create disc copies, on the fly and using a temporary disc image.
  • Import session data from multi-session discs and add more sessions to them.

Q - What payment methods do you we accept?

A - For all our auctions PAYPAL is the only payment method

Q - If I buy any of your items and discover it is faulty, can I have a refund?

A - Of  course , just inform us in the first instance and we will sort out a replacement/refund

Q - I have not received my item, what should I do?

A - Contact us, if we do not know about any delay in arrival we cannot do anything about it. All items are posted the same/next working day after payment is received.

Q -Do I get a boxed product the same as the auction picture?

A. No, in order to keep all our P&P costs to a minimum and supply the software at the optimum prices the CD will be sent in a cardboard mailer.

Q - Is this software legal?

A - Yes , all our software is covered under the GNU,Mozilla, or similar open source agreement. Or in some cases we have the resell rights through bought agreements. These will be stated on the auction where appropriate as we are also a registered reseller of Regnow and partnered software.All license agreements can be provided on request and are given with the software.

Q - Do you sell any Microsoft Software

A - No, although the software on our discs will either repair or be run on MS software. We are not licensed to sell Microsoft Corporation software so none of it will be found anywhere on any of our auctions.

Q - Can I install this on more than 1 computer, or do I have to buy more?

A - You can install this on as many computers as you see fit, once you buy it from us, the license states that you may do with the software what you like.

Q - Is this easy to use?

A - Yes, you will receive a pro-authored CD with autorun menu and one click installation. Any problems just get in touch and we will help.
