Brass in Concert is the premier brass band entertainment contest which is held annually in the North-East of England.
Settle back and relax with sixty minutes of the best music and entertainment from Brass in Concert 2003. The first ever commercial disc of the event has the lot with contributions from the winning brass band, Grimethorpe Colliery, the winning march from Sellers International and Alexandra Kerwin on Soprano Cornet shows how she won the solo award. Philip Harper demonstrates his skills as an arranger with Queen Isobel’s Prayer. In addition, listen to Sellers International and their Americam contributions; and some great playing from Ever Ready, Flowers, JAG Mount Charles, Kirkintilloch and Leyland to name just a few.
