Collection of items is always welcome by prior arrangement from south Cumbria, should collection be unfeesable then delivery is aranged via a third party courier (usually the Post Office)on the buyers behalf therfore refunds of delivery costs are non-refundable in any instance. Proof of posting is always obtained and standard compensation rates will apply from the Post Office/courier. Enhanced insurance is availiable at extra cost for more expensive items, please ask. Pictures featured in item listings are sometimes archive photographs of simelar items and not the actual item on sale, although every effort is made to depict items accurately.

Returns for defective items where warranty is offered at buyers cost.

Items where no warranty is mentioned are sold "as is" and no refunds or returns will be accepted unless items fail to meet advertised specifications or are doa when advertised as working!
