The postage cost of return item to be responsible by the buyer, we will take care the re-ship postage fees on REPLACEMENT / EXCHANGE item.

Report defective: Please report defective status within 3 days from receipt of the goods, we shall immediately prepare a stock for replacement purposes.

Exchange: Upon receiving the returned and defective goods, we shall send out a new replacement within 2 working days (we would confirm by email, please expect the new ship-out mail takes another 2-3 days to UK buyer and 7-30 days to outside UK buyers ).

Refund: Refund will only be made to the costs of goods after deducting the shipping and handling fees. Refund of product costs ONLY made after defective goods received within 7 days (20 days for outside UK buyers) from your report date on defects, no exceptional accepted
