These are high quality machined crash protection bobbins. They consist of ultra tough hdp 300 sliders mounted on spigot mounts turned from HE 30 aluminium which accuratly fit the machine mounts. The whole assembly is secured by an M10 x 1.5 high tensile allen bolt, which passes through a load spreading washer, minimalising the risk of bobbin failure. the assembly is designed to provide the maximum amount of available friction material without compromising assembly strength. These bobbins fit all steel framed CBR600 models up to 1998. Note, These bobbins are designed for racing use, where machine protection is the primary function, for this reason they are mounted in the position that best suits this purpose, some modification of the bodywork may be required to fit.
