Non Payment

Please be certain you want/ can pay for the item before you commit to buy. As soon as you commit to buy then ebay charges the seller a commission, if you then fail to pay we still have to pay the commission AND a relisting fee. If a buyer fails to pay within 5 days they will receive a payment reminder sent via ebay and if there is still no response a non paying bidder alert will be filed with ebay and a strike will be set against your account. Three strikes and ebay will suspend the bidder indefinately.

Our Postage & Packing Charges Explained

As a VAT registered business we are forced by the government to charge VAT on top of the actual postage cost. This adds 17.5% to the actual cost shown on the stamp, so please bear this in mind when looking at how much we charge compared to the stamp on the parcel

  We use the following to calculate the delivery costs:

 Items weighing up to 2kg - sent by 2nd Class Post, or parcel Post - charged at cost plus a £1 picking and packing fee.

Items weighing over 2kg - sent by Parcel Force - charged at cost plus a £1 picking and packing fee

Our P&P costs include delivery charges, v.a.t. packaging and handling fees, not just the cost of the postage stamp! To avoid any disappointment please do not buy any of our items if you feel at all unhappy about the way we calculate P&P. Buying an item constitutes your acceptance of these charges.

Our Returns Policy

We adhere to the Distance Selling regulations which are as follows. If an item is received damaged please contact us by email and advise the damage. We may ask you to either return the item for a replacement in which case you will be re-imbursed for the return postage cost, or ask you to provide a photograph of the damage via email. Once we have inspected the item a replacement will be sent to you at no cost to yourself.

If you change your mind, or the product is not suitable then you can return the item for a refund within 14 days, however you will be responsible for the costs involved in returning the item to us in good condition. This option is not available for certain items where an item cannot be re-sold as new - please contact us prior to returning an item to confirm it is acceptable We will issue a return authorisation number - any item returned without a valid authorisation will not be refunded.
