Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: No local pickups are not available, we ship from various warehouses across the country directly to your front door.

Q: Can I have my order delivered on a specific day?
A: Yes you can request a specific delivery date, please enter it in the note / special instructions box in paypal and we will send accordingly to arrive for the stated delivery day. You purchase must be made allowing at least 3 working days before this delivery date, please note the final delivery is down to the courier and cannot be guaranteed.

Q: Can I use my own shipper account number to ship my item?
A: Our shipping agreement with our suppliers does not allow us to operate with 3rd party billing.

Q: Does someone have to be home to receive my order?
A: A signature may be required. Although, it is not uncommon for delivery drivers to leave packages without a signature. 3 delivery attempts will be made and several calling cards left before a package is returned to the sender, if you have missed your delivery please follow the instructions on the calling card left by the shipper.
