Scat mat

scat mat is a safe and vet approved pet deterrent. It works bay emitting a small 3 second static pulse on contact, in order to deter a persistant cat or dog from jumping on worksurfaces, furniture or no go areas. I used the plastic transparent scat mat for my persistant cat who kept knocking cereal boxes off the work surfaces. It only took a couple of weeks for her to realise she prefered not to go there.

I purchased the scat mat from amazon, I could only locate it from the states. The scat mat costs around $70.00 which worked out to be around £40, plus delivery charges of around £14. All you need to supply is a 9v battery and your ready to go.

I would definately recommend this pet deterrent after using everything else on the market to no avail.
