WAX 'N' SOUND: ex / ex, both sides look just great w/ only lightest if any surface marks, shiny wax, this one plays fantastically musically ina di roots rockers rally w/ killer sound + deep roots punch on both sides - hard to find a copy in this condition, I&I tell ya!
LABEL: both sides show lightest general wear only, NO writings, NO damages, perfectly perfect - watch the scans, please!
SLEEVE: comes in original rare HIT RUN-Disco 45-sleeve w/ titles printed on in ex- condition, NO writings, NO damages, lightest (ring)wear only!
Something 'bout Sound + Vision: We shouldn't rely on visual appearance alone (as pretty looks isn’t all as they say) - therefore these records are graded after their visual appearance and their sound quality! I personally prefer a record with crackling but strong sound + punch to one playing clean but with surface noise from the pressing (as we find with re-pressed discs - too - often).
Grading records is a very subjective thing but I try hard to be objective as a human being can be (yes indeed, this seller is a human being).
THIS IS MY VINYL GRADING SCALE:
EX (= really great - EX means "excellent", really...)
VG (= nice, if you don't have an excellent one - by the way: VG means "very good"...)
G (= playable, but you might find a better one - G means "good", but this term may be a bit euphemistic to reggae-vinyl-novices. Be realistic: a record graded G doesn't jump nor stick, but that's the best I can say about it...)
P (= just a collection-filler for the hard-edged + hardest-boiled collectors + selectors + all the rudegals out there - P stands for "poor", yunno...)
