Up for auction with NO RESERVE is a china sugar bowl and saucer by Carlton Ware. It is in the Apple Blossom pattern.

Both pieces are marked on the back Carlton Ware MADE IN ENGLAND "TRADEMARK" REGISTERED AUSTRALIAN DESIGN REGISTRATION APPLIED FOR.  There also are a couple handpainted marks/numbers and an imprinted # which looks like 1669.

The saucer measures approx. 6 3/8" across at its widest point, and sits 5/8" high. The sugar bowl measures 3 3/8" across the top, 2 5/8" across the bottom, and sits approx. 2 3/4" high.

It is in very good condition. No chips, damage, or repair. There are some minor glaze imperfections and discolorations, this is to be expected with an antique handpainted piece. There is some spots of crazing on the saucer. There are some rough spots and discolorations on the edge of the saucer. I have taken a closeup of the worst of them. There also is some staining/ discoloration on the inside of the sugar bowl and on the back of the saucer. All of this is very minor, I am just very cautious with my descriptions.
