Faulty Goods
Notification of faulty goods should be given within 48 hours of receipt
All secondhand goods are checked prior to posting out and are covered by a return to base parts and labour warranty,customer is responsible for the cost of returning items.
Replacements/Refunds will be sent on receipt of faulty new goods.No refunds/replacements will be given for goods that we deem to have been misused or damaged caused by lack of experience or storm/weather damage
Tents and equipment should be checked for faults/shortages before use, as we take no responsibility for any cost incurred due to faulty goods/shortages.We reserve the right to make the final decision on eligibility of a refund.

All itms should be returned in a dry condition and in the original packaging along with proof of purchase. |
