All items purchased will be posted the following WEEK DAY where possible as long as the following conditions are met:

1. Correct Payment has been received and cleared. Allow 5 working days for Cheques or Transfers to clear.

2. Where payment has been made by Paypal, the customer is Verified and has a Confirmed Address.

3. Both registration addresses on Ebay and Paypal are the same.

4. Customer does not have any unpaid item notices.

Dispatch of your goods will be delayed slightly if any of the above apply. We may contact you for Proof of Address.

Please allow enough time for your goods to arrive. You will be notified by Ebay when your goods have been posted. We cannot be held responsible for postal delays that are outside our control.

In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty or a fault occurs within the guarantee period, please contact us immediately quoting your Ebay item number, User id and fault. We will respond at the earliest opportunity and work with you to solve the problem.

The below conditions must be met in order to qualify for a repair or replacement item:

1. The item must be returned to us in it's original condition and packaging within the agreed time frame specified on the advert.

2. A replacement unit will only be supplied once the faulty item has been received and diagnosed as faulty.

3. The fault has not been caused by misuse by the customer.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returns. Refunds for faulty goods will only be offered where we cannot supply replacement goods of a similar or better quality. This is because of the Ebay costs incurred by ourselves on sales.
