Items not covered by Returns / Refund Policy
· earrings because of Health and Safety issues
· damage suffered to items in the postal system
Items may be returned,
· within fourteen working days
· in original packaging or equivalent, where possible
· by the same delivery level as sent out ( i.e. Recorded or Special Delivery.
You may request a refund, or an item exchange (where possible). For unwanted items, all P&P must be paid for by the buyer.
