Please keep the invoice, returns note, original packaging until you are certain you intend to keep the goods. All items are checked, prior to despatch to ensure they are not faulty. Please enclose the picking note when returning goods to us. Please note carriage costs will be refunded only in the unlikely event that the goods are faulty or if we have miss-picked your order according to our normal size conversion. Postage is non-refundable in any other circumstances. We do accept returns that have been correctly picked and match the description of the item but will charge a £2.50 handling fee in this instance. 
The shoe sizes we supply are based on our experience of fitting shoes in our retail shop, not on manufacturers UK sizes or conversion charts. The Standard UK sizes we use can be found in our BLOG on www.indigodance.co.uk. We fit comfortably with growing room.  If you are unsure of the size you require or you wish to order a specific manufacturer’s UK/US size, please contact us before purchasing.  It is your responsibility to provide any information that may affect the fit of the product you are buying i.e narrow/wide feet.  We take no responsibility for the sizing and fitting of pointe shoes and recommend that you only purchase pointe shoes to replace a professionally fitted pair.

Return policy

Returns should be sent postage paid, by recorded delivery, as we accept no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. All returns must be sent within 7 working days to Indigo, 79 Parkfield Road, Coleshill, North Warwickshire, B46 3LD.
Returns must be sent, as new, in re-saleable condition, in the original packaging and tags still attached. When trying on shoes please ensure they are worn on a carpet or a non-marking floor. We will not replace shoes or items of dancewear that have been damaged, danced in or used. Tights will not be exchanged or refunded if removed from their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, items such as makeup cannot be returned once opened. 
If we receive items that we believe have been worn and therefore not suitable for resale, they will not be accepted.  You will be asked to pay the cost of postage and packing in order to return the item to you.  This does not affect your statutory rights. We will process refunds as quickly as possible.
