OUR AUCTIONS are legally binding, and by bidding you agree to these terms below

(1)  Payments within 7 days please (email us if you wish for A LONGER PERIOD)

(2)  Refunds are available within 7 days of receipt.  Buyers always pay

Postage unless we are at fault in which case we may pay.

(3)  Postal losses do occur, as do buyer fraudulently claiming non-receipt of item

We reserve the right to be refunded by the courier (most cases the Royal Mail) before refunding the customer.

Generally before we are refunded by the courier we must wait until they have investigated the loss, and this may take up to 3 weeks maximum from the date we declare the item lost.  By bidding on this auction you agree that it is okay for us to allow the courier to conclude their investigation before we decide (or not) to issue a refund to the customer.

(4)  Non UK buyers  -  If the item you are buying/bidding on is worth £20 GBP or more we may charge £3.50 on top of the postage cost to purchase a tracked/signed service so that we are covered in the event of a PayPal chargeback claim for 'non receipt' by the buyer.  This is not negotiable if we decide to charge it, and your item will not be sent out UNtill it is paid.
