This auction is for a Canon color scanner.  The scanner is a working pull.   Manuals, operating systems, drivers, software, or cables and other accessories are not included unless specified.  Most items that we have for sale are used and may have minor scratches or blemishes in addition to those noted in the description.

BEYOND POWERING UP WE LACK THE TOOLS AND EXPERTISE TO FULLY BENCH TEST ALL OUR AUCTIONED ITEMS.  ANY ITEM MODIFIED FROM THE ORIGINAL CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS SENT WILL HAVE NO WARRANTY AND IS SOLD AS-IS WHERE-IS WITH NO WARRANTY EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AND ABSOLUTLY NO RETURNS.  MOST ITEMS OFFERED FOR SALE ARE USED AND MAY CONTAIN DEFECTS NOT IMMEDIATLEY DETECTABLE.  BIDDERS MAY INSPECT THE PROPERTY PRIOR TO BIDDING CONTACT US VIA EMAIL TO SET UP A TIME AND DATE FOR INSPECTION PRIOR TO AUCTION CONCLUSION.

Legal:

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. Returns will only be accepted if you meet the liability requirement outlined below or your item is electric and failed to turn on “power on” when you received it. Buyer must contact us at joshabrown@yahoo.com to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item in order to initiate a return of said item.  IF YOUR ITEM IS RETURNED TO US BUT WE FIND THAT IT IS OPERATIONAL OR ELECTRIC AND TURNS ON “POWERS ON” WE WILL CHARGE YOU A 33% OF ORIGINAL PRICE RESTOCKING FEE. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING FEE’S AND ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INSURACE FOR ITEMS VALUED OVER $100.

Shipping and Handling:

We ship to the lower 48 United States only unless special arrangements have been made.  Guarantee will be voided on items shipped internationally.  Items shipped international are as-is where-is with no warranty either expressed or implied.

Fixed shipping of $15.  Shipping to the lower 48 states only unless worked out before auction end. 

Local pickup’s can be made M-F between the hours of 8:30 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. & 1:00 P.M. - 4:30 P.M. for a fee of $15 any pick up scheduled on the weekend or after hours will be subject to a $45 pickup fee no exceptions.  Items will be stored free of charge for no more than 10 Calendar days following auction close.  Every day after that an item is held will be subject to a $20 per day storage charge before the item will be shipped or picked up.  No Exceptions.

Payment:

We accept Paypal only.  Payment is due within 7 days of auction close.  If payment has not been received by then a non-paying bidder alert will be filed and the item will be re-listed.

Liability:

I will not be responsible or liable for any incidental damages occurred from the misuse or mishandling of any product we sell during shipment.  Additional shipping Insurance is available on all our items.  If your item sells for $100 or more you must purchase additional shipping insurance to cover you item against the possibility of any damage or loss caused during shipment.  If you do not purchase the additional shipping insurance for an item selling for more than $100 that item is then considered an as-is where-is sale with no warranties or guarantee’s of any kind either expressed or implied and absolutely no returns or refunds for that item.  If additional insurance is purchased for items valued over $100, I will handle all items damaged during shipment including filing claims, paying for returned shipping, and issuing a full refund.  Item seen in picture may be generic and not the actual item you receive.
