Items picked up in store may be paid in cash. In this case, please have exact change because we don't have a cash register and I only have about 78 cents in my pocket. Credit Card payments can not be made in store.  If picking up and paying with a credit card, please request an invoice with free local pick up and pay through PayPal.

Unpaid item reports are automatically filed 7 days after the close of an auction. On the 8th day after case is filed, if the item is still not paid for, the auction will be automatically canceled and the buyer will receive an unpaid item strike from eBay.

Combining items for shipping does not negate these rules as items are only eligible for combined shipping when bought within 3 days of each other.

Combined shipping shipping discount: combined weight + $3.50 for each additional item.

Items must be able to be shipped in the same box safely.  For example, a desktop computer and a bass guitar would not work.

Combined items must be within a 3 day period. 5 item maximum.

Shipping costs can be easily found in the item description. These price are fixed for all buyers and are non-negotiable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING USUALLY AVAILABLE! Options for International shipping are USPS 1st class when available (if item is under 4 pounds) or USPS Priority Mail. Please note that 1st Class Mail can not be tracked, Priority Mail comes with tracking, is much faster and more reliable.

Shipping Insurance is always an option. If you are buying an item that is of great value or fragile, it is highly recommended that you opt for insurance. Bling Drop Off-Store is not liable for damage or loss in shipping if insurance is not paid for.

ITEMS MAY ONLY BE SENT TO THE EXACT ADDRESS LISTED WITH YOUR PAYMENT.  IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE YOUR ITEM SENT TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THEN YOUR OWN, YOU MUST ENTER THAT ADDRESS IN YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENT.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pick up the package as soon as possible if the package requires signature or to be picked up from a post office or customs office. If an item is returned because it was not picked up or not accepted, once the item is back in the possession of BLING Drop-off Store, only the sale price of the item will be refunded, not the shipping, handling & insurance cost.

Please note: The cost of shipping does include a small handling fee for each item sold, which is clearly stated in the listing. The handling cost is for the materials, and labor involved in getting your item to you safely. By bidding on this item, you are agreeing to the total shipping cost shown.

Returns only accepted if wrong item is sent. At that point, return shipping will be provided. The correct item will be resent once wrong item is received.*

Any problems or disputes with an item must be reported within 5 days of delivery of said item.
