Returns Policy

 All of our items have a 30-day warranty included (unless otherwise specified) from the end of the auction. In the unlikely event that a fault occurs within this period simply e-mail me with the item details & the fault. A returns authorisation will then be issued. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging along with all box contents. The item once received will be checked and tested as per the stated fault. The item will also be checked against our Security Records (all items are security tagged to avoid fraudulent claims). On passing these tests a replacement will be made available.  If a replacement is not available, the buyer will be offered an upgrade or a full refund. This Warranty excludes faults caused by misuse.
We do not refund postage costs under any circumstances.
