We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a handling fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by money order as mail delivery times from some locations take longer to reach us.

Returns

We value our customers and want to provide great customer service so money back returns are accepted with the following terms: 

Please notify us within 3 days of receiving product.  Product must be in original condition.  Your refund will be after subtraction of any  shipping and handling charges (to you and to return to us), any insurance coverage,  and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

You should receive your refund within 5 BUSINESS days( Weekends and holidays are not considered business days in this application), AFTER we receive your return.
