Please read my terms of sale prior to bidding. This is important and ensures you are happy with our terms. We want your shopping experience to be a happy one and wish to avoid any complications later on.
Bidding: Please only bid on an item if you are intending to pay. This may sound obvious, but unfortunately this does happen occasionally. We reserve the right to cancel a bid in these extreme circumstances.
Payment: Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction ending. Failure to do this will usually result in the item being re-listed and a ‘non-paying bidder alert’ being raised. We are reasonable, so please communicate with us whenever necessary, before the 7 days after the auction ending has lapsed.
Overseas Bidders: Payment can only be made via PayPal and may be subject to additional postage costs.
Postage: We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage. Our preferred delivery methods are Royal Mail recorded delivery, Parcelforce and City Link, as items are signed for and can be tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us, the seller, and the customer. A receipt is obtained for all items sent , and can be provided as proof of postage if an item is lost.
Feedback: We do hope you leave feedback for us, but for those who prefer to stay anonymous, we will only leave feedback for you once you have left it for us.
Lost Items: As mentioned above, we obtain proof of postage on all items sent, and these can be provided if the postal service has lost the item. We will do all we can to work with you to track a lost item, and will stay in contact with you for the duration of the search until an outcome is reached.
Faulty Items: All products are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty please contact us and return it unused and with packaging in place. Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace *where possible* or refund you in full if the item is found to be faulty. |
