• Our shipping and handling charge includes the cost of actual postage & materials, as well as a handling fee.
• All delivery times are in business days and do not include processing time.
• Local pick-up is available only on Fridays from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We only accept cash on local pickups and a handling fee of $4.99 USD is applied to each item picked up.
  
  Return Policy
• We will not accept returns on games that are opened from their original seal. The only other except to this rule is if the item is defective.
• We will not provide exchanges or refunds due to computer incompatibility or outdated hardware.
• If the game is defective you must contact us within 48 hours.
• Customers must send defective items back to us for testing.
• If the item is tested to be defective, we will send a replacement and fully reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
