Regarding Payment Terms

 I expect payment within 7 days of auction end or at least some communication from the winning bidder about when they will be sending payment.  Check your ebay account for your invoice.  If a bidder/buyer fails to follow through, I will file a non-paying bidder claim with ebay, do not be surprised if you fail to follow through.  I do recommend that you familiarize yourself with ebay policy about failure to pay.

Regarding Shipping

I do charge $1 per box that I ship - that amount is included in the calculated shipping fees that you see on ebay.  That one dollar covers the cost of delivery confirmation for domestic packages and helps offset the cost of packing materials, packing peanuts, bubble wrap, tissue paper, tape, etc.  My shipping rates are based on the US Post Office rates - please do not rate my feedback lower because I charged you USPS stated rates ... just because you are unhappy with the post office rates - do not penalize me.  Use the shipping calculator before you bid - if you do not like the rates - do not bid or purchase my items and leave me a low score for postal rates - check the price of postage against what you paid. 

Regarding shipping time, it is clearly stated in the listing that it may take as long as 5 business days to ship your item once payment has cleared. (not all paypal payments are instant - check your account).  That does not include the post office transport time and clearing customs.  Please bear that it mind when selecting my listings and leaving feedback.  If this is a problem for you, please do not bid on my items.  I have had a number of buyers who have rated me low in shipping time when the listings clearly state up to 5 days for shipping.   Sometimes I get the items out sooner ... but I can not guarantee it based on my work schedule.

I do combine shipping on multiple auction wins and store listing purchases - let me know when you are through shopping and I will send you an invoice.

Regarding My Store ... Christine's Closets

I established an ebay store so that I could keep my selling costs low.  I am not a retailer in the true sense and I do not have a brick & mortar store.  I am a recovering compulsive shopper for lack of a better description - (Some may call it retail therapy).  My listings are items that I have purchased in the past that have been sitting in a closet or drawer and it is time to let them go.  By listing them here I can recover some of the cash that I spent and pay off the bills.  I do this to supplement my income from my full time job.

The letter at the beginning of each title is a reference to the storage container where the item is located in my home.  It was the only way to keep up with over 900 listings.

All sales are final unless an item is grossly misrepresented. I do my best to give you a complete description of the item.  Please look at the photo - If you have questions about an item or need clarification, please ask before you bid.  If you would like more photos - ASK.
