RETURNS POLICY
Returns request is available ONLY for faulty goods or wrong product, must be reported within 7 days of receipt & returning the item as the same condition as received.
Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, auction number or item number, and reason for return should be included in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.

Buyer has to send the item directly to manufacturer.
Item returned will be tested. When found defective, the item will be repaired or replaced, then returned to buyer Free of Charge. In the event that a repair is not possible then a refund will be issued.
We do not accept any returns without an authorization number on the box or label it is being returned in.
Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable
After 7 days returns, then 6 months warranty apply.
In the event that an item we sell becomes unavailable after purchase because of unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to offer the choice of an alternative product or offer a full refund.
Please note that all items are sent from China and Hongkong. Please also note that you are responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items in your country - and about the legalities of importing goods into your country.
We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred. Customs clearance is undertaken by the courier in the delivery destination country (and in certain cases, in the en-route country). You must be available for contact by them, in the event of any query or clearance confirmation. You are responsible for knowing the regulations in your delivery country before placing your order. |
