We are a long established but small business.
We aim to respond to all emails, but the PC is not manned all day so there may be a delay – please be patient.
All admin and despatches are done weekly as a rule, usually on a Wednesday.
We will email to confirm receipt of payment and again when the item has been despatched.
Payment
Payment by Cheque or Bank Transfer is preferred.
We also accept Postal Orders and if forced, PayPal.
In the case of cheques, your item will be despatched once the cheque has been banked and cleared (usually 5 working days).
If you would like to pay via bank transfer, please email and we will send the details.
We do not like PayPal due to the extortionate rates they charge for using the service and the fact that they withhold our money for 21 days.
Please write your Ebay ID, address and item ID on the back of all cheques and on any correspondence sent.
Delivery
All our deliveries are via DHL services.
They are fully traceable and insured. We will request a contact number from you for the courier so that they can contact you direct in the case of failed deliveries.
