All returns are for money back or exchange and will be through Cafe Press Customer Service within 30 days of purchase by contacting them to fill out a request form, and they will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item back. Once it has been sent back to the printer and is in the system as a legitimate return the Paypal payment will be refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable unless your return is a result of an error made by the printer.
