We Prefer payment via paypal but will accept cheques in some cases if in doubt please ask

Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed. We do not have the time to email each bidder who has not paid, if you intend to pay but have not had the chance please do not be offended.

Packages are usually shipped within 72 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday).

International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.  International postage is never free or at the same rate as the UK please wait for an invoice, this can take a couple of days after the auction ends but if you pay it will delay things more.

Combined shipping is done at the sellers discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.

Refund is quickly granted if the item is clearly mischaracterized in the listing.  Because we are a consignment store, we cannot test every item. Please call us with any problems before leaving feedback.  We must receive notification of such within 3 business days of receiving item or sale will be considered final. Feedback will be left upon receipt of same.
