We can arrange airport transfers from all neighboring countries airports too including Istanbul, Athens, Thessaloniki, Skopje and Belgrade!!! TERMS & CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ:
This is an auction, meaning the winning bid is the price you pay for the property. All property must be paid for within seven days of the auction closing, if you do not agree or are unable to pay for the property then please do not bid. Payment is by direct IBAN to our Bulgarian account (Investment Link Bulgaria LTD). Failure to pay for the property within seven days will result in a second chance offer being given to the second highest bidder or the property being sold offline.
Legal action will be taken against non paying bidders in order to recover the listing fees and resources we pay to advertise this property.
We are proud to offer a complete company formation service. You only need visit our office once for about half an hour, the rest of your time here can be spent enjoying your property or sightseeing, however you wish. You can even fly in and out on the same day now! Once your company is set up you are then free to buy as much land and as many houses in Bulgaria as you wish!
We do not trap you and waste all your time having properties pushed on you by salesmen. Should you wish to see more properties we are happy to arrange this, but this is not compulsory. Those of you who have bought from other sellers in Bulgaria will know why we stress this.

COSTS:

Property purchase tax is 3% of declared value.
Notary and legal fees approx. €300
If you dont already have a company in Bulgaria set up, you are required to deposit €2560 Euro into your company registration account. This may be withdrawn again in full as soon as your company is formed.
Transport fees between airport and your home
Please note we can no longer accept payment for the notary and government fees or company setup in Pounds Sterling due to the strength of the Bulgarian Lev, which is great news for anyone who has already bought a property as the strengthening currency is increasing value to your property already.
Euro is tied to the Lev and cannot fluctuate, meaning fixed prices and no surprises for you when it comes to paying!
As we are a UK company we will still accept Pounds Sterling when paying for your property but not for anything else. Sorry to those who didnt believe us last year about the Lev going up and up as the pound falls. Time to buy now perhaps while you still can?
