Heading 6km from the village takes you to a centuries old forest providing the ideal setting for nature lovers, you'll find several unique wildlife within its borders. Also note that this is one of the few forests in Bulgaria where hunting is prohibited, so really a place for animal lovers. Heading a little further out you'll find yourself on one of Veliko Turnovo's eco-trails. Along this trail (stretching 15km from the village) you'll have the chance of a leisurely stroll or a real hike, depending on the direction you choose.

There's a couple of lakes and a beautiful waterfall popular with locals and Brit's alike for barbecuing during the long hot summers, you can even take a little swim in the clear blue water. You really wont believe this is Bulgaria or even Europe, the setting is akin to a tropical island. A lot of you will have seen this already when visiting VT region, for those who haven't or don't believe us then we suggest you check it out fast.

Some of you, particularly the residents of this area will be all too familiar with the Pavlikeni Golf Course project, much speculation has arisen as to where this will be. Upon your land which is fully regulated you'll have plenty of privacy and ample room for a swimming pool. The nice garden with vines (make your own wine!) and several fruit trees (apples, plumbs etc) is the perfect setting for summer relaxation, great for a family with kids too. VT region attracts the second highest number of foreign buyers after the coast, the unique location and new golf course will guarantee a steady increase in value in the not too distant future. Like all properties in Bulgaria the introduction of Euro currency will boost the value, but not every property will have the appeal of this one!
