ABOUT OVCHA MOGILA SPA VILLAGE
During times gone by, Old Ovcha Mogila enjoyed the privilege of being one of the country retreats for the party elite of Turnovo, Rousse (equidistant) and Svishtov. Many of the Bulgarian party elite had close comrades in other Socialist countries and in return for a weekend in seaside Odessa; the old guard friends would swap places for the weekend.

..The honored guest would be welcomed to enjoy his weekend here in unspoiled, ancient Bulgarian countryside. Refreshed and rejuvenated by the mineral water (maybe even a "wee dram" of home made Rakia, made using local mineral water and grapes / plumbs). Most would have come by train, however you now have a new International Airport in the making half an hour's drive away, the train station itself is still in operation and is ten minutes drive away.

This is an auction, meaning the winning bid is the price you pay for the property.
All property must be paid for within seven days of the auction closing, if you do not agree or are unable to pay for the property then please do not bid.
Payment is by direct IBAN to our Bulgarian account (Investment Link Bulgaria LTD). Failure to pay for the property within seven days will result in a second chance offer being given to the second highest bidder or the property being sold offline.
Legal action will and has in the past been taken against non paying bidders in order to recover the listing fees and resources we pay to advertise this property. No timewasters please. You have time to ask all your questions and inspect any documents before bidding.

This is our main base in Bulgaria and a point from where we have not looked back after settling into an alltogether better way of life than we had in UK. You will meet plenty other Brits here and all will tell you the same. For those who haven't reloctaed full time, Veliko Turnovo offers the perfect low cost holiday destination. An ancient city with something for everyone.
Veliko Turnovo in all its glory! A weekend break here will merely wet your appetite for more! Sometimes a lot more, as this is the second most popular region for Brits moving full time to Bulgaria!
