“How to buy a real estate in Bulgaria” – Short Guide

The company is 100 percents owned by the foreign person and therefore he owns the real estate trough his company. After you choose the properties, that you wish to purchase, we only need you to send a deposit, equal to 10 percents of the price, so we can sign a preliminary contract with the owners and reserve the properties for you. During the expiration of the contract, we will prepare and send you all the necessary documents for establishing you Bulgarian Limited company. You will only have to sign them and mail them back. Then our lawyers take care for all legal procedures concerning the company registration. Once your company is registered, we will open a bank account in Bulgaria on your name, where you can transfer the rest of the payment for the property purchase. Immediately after receiving the payment, we will sign the title deeds on your behalf and transfer the ownership of the property to the name of your company. The process takes approximately 30 days to be fully completed. If you choose to purchase an apartment or a villa, without land, there are no legal restrictions, so you can buy directly on your name.
