During the expiration of the contract, we will prepare and send you all the necessary documents for establishing you Bulgarian Limited company. You will only have to sign them and mail them back. Then our lawyers take care for all legal procedures concerning the company registration. Once your company is registered, we will open a bank account in Bulgaria on your name, where you can transfer the rest of the payment for the property purchase. Immediately after receiving the payment, we will sign the title deeds on your behalf and transfer the ownership of the property to the name of your company. The process takes approximately 30 days to be fully completed. If you choose to purchase an apartment or a villa, without land, there are no legal restrictions, so you can buy directly on your name.
