Imagine you'd bought all these ramshackle properties in Ireland fifteen years ago, in France and Italy tenty years ago! These markets are going down right now, but just imagine, what if... what if, you'd go these when the prices were as low as Bulgaria's?

Would you be caring that the price fell so much, no of course not because even in today's climate you'd have a profit ten times higher than the Alliance & Leicester's MD's annual performance bonus, which may not be much this year compared to last, but its a lot bigger than what your probably earning now in England.

HOW DO I GET THERE?

There is excellent public transport links...

Busses serve Shumen, Varna and Dobrich, bus stop half a minute from your property!

Wizzair now fly year round to both Varna and Bourgas airports, its never been easier or cheaper. If you are coming in the summer (today if you like!) you can even book up on a charter holiday and skip out the accommodation at the beach. If you must head to the beach, then take the bus (little over an hour) or drive there in around the same time if driving very sensibly, obviously faster if you prefer the Bulgarian style of driving. The roads to Varna are very good, far above average.

Bulgaria may soon be the ONLY rising property market. So unlike a UK bank you can be a whole of a lot more reassured your money is going somewhere towards benefiting you by sticking it in regulated land,bricks and mortar! (Regulated means you can build on it. LAND LAND LAND (something you cant loose!), even if a huge meteorite fell on it, then it would still be your land (or crater as the case may be!)

WHAT DOES THE VILLAGE OFFER?

• Almost everything, one of the best served villages in the region:
• Full time Brit residents
• Shops, bars, eateries etc.
• Internet and Telephone
• Park + hills all around for walking / horse riding etc.
• Archaeological sites at the rear of the village

We're not going to even contemplate renovating this, the cost would be three times higher than the auction will end at no doubt. We're not sending our builders to give any quotes on this, if you're a budding builder than its all yours, its regulated so build away!

We are allways careful not to hype things, so we think its best to tell you now, even though most of you can see in the photos that the property is need of a full renovation!

This one will no doubt end at a very favourable price for you, its for sticking in your company and forgetting about for now. All property must be paid for within seven days of the auction closing, if you do not agree or are unable to pay for the property then please do not bid. Payment is by direct IBAN to our Bulgarian account (Investment Link Bulgaria LTD). Failure to pay for the property within seven days will result in a second chance offer being given to the second highest bidder or the property being sold offline.

Legal action will and has in the past been taken against non paying bidders in order to recover the listing fees and resources we pay to advertise this property. No timewasters please. You have time to ask all your questions and inspect any documents before bidding.

We are proud to offer what is probably the fastest company formation service available today.
