Wizzair now fly year round to both Varna and Bourgas airports, its never been easier or cheaper. If you are coming in the summer (today if you like!) you can even book up on a charter holiday and skip out the accommodation at the beach. If you must head to the beach, then take the bus (little over an hour) or drive there in around the same time if driving very sensibly, obviously faster if you prefer the Bulgarian style of driving. The roads to Varna are very good, far above average.
Bulgaria may soon be the ONLY rising property market. So unlike a UK bank you can be a whole of a lot more reassured your money is going somewhere towards benefiting you by sticking it in regulated land,bricks and mortar! (Regulated means you can build on it. LAND LAND LAND (something you cant loose!), even if a huge meteorite fell on it, then it would still be your land (or crater as the case may be!)

All property must be paid for within seven days of the auction closing, if you do not agree or are unable to pay for the property then please do not bid. Payment is by direct IBAN to our Bulgarian account (Investment Link Bulgaria LTD). Failure to pay for the property within seven days will result in a second chance offer being given to the second highest bidder or the property being sold offline.
Legal action will and has in the past been taken against non paying bidders in order to recover the listing fees and resources we pay to advertise this property. No timewasters please. You have time to ask all your questions and inspect any documents before bidding.
We are proud to offer what is probably the fastest company formation service available today.
