Q. Do you sell this item in any other pack size?
Yes, most products are available in handier 25kg bags or for bigger projects, tipped loose, for more details call us 01246261659.
Q. Are you open for collection?
Yes, we are a physical business so we are open for collection by suitable vehicles, you must however ring in advance to arrange collection.
Q. Do you physically carry stock?
Yes, all stock listed is "physical", however as we sell "over the counter", stock levels may not always be 100% accurate, you will be notified at ordering if out of stock, or you are welcome to call us 01246 261659 prior to ordering for confirmation.
Q. Can I look at stock before ordering?
Although we do not send out samples, you are welcome to visit our centre to view stock.
Q. Is it possible to group this item with others from your store on one delivery?
It is not always possible to group items, if unsure please contact us on 01246 261659
Q. Are images of actual stock or library pictures?
All images are of actual stock, although it is important to remember this is a natural product so slight variation in size and colour is to be expected. Also item needs to be rewashed to appreciate its true colour.
Q. Is this product suitable for aquatics and ponds?
Yes, this item is suitable, although we recommend it is rewashed before use.
Q. Can I get delivery quicker than 7 working days?
Yes, there are various delivery options including next-day, timed, AM/PM or Saturday deliveries all available at an extra cost.
Q. Will the driver deliver my order to where I am working?
No, due to the nature of this item and how it is off loaded it is impossible to manouevre it to where it is required. Remember we only guarantee delivery to the side of the vehicle.
Q. Do I have to be present on day of delivery?
Yes, all deliveries require a signature, and will not be left without one. Therefore you need to be in on day of delivery, you will be notified in advance.
Q. What if I miss my delivery?
If for whatever reason you miss your delivery, arrangements will have to be made to "re-deliver", this may incur an extra charge.
Q. I have poor access to my property, is this a problem?
Yes, if the driver is unable to deliver due to poor access and the order has to be cancelled, a 20% return charge will be deducted from any refund. Access issues are always at the driver's discretion. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding access.
