Warranty : All Products sold are covered by the 
Manufacturers warranty in the event of 
Any goods being faulty, please contact 
Us on 01760 721000 and we will 
Advise on the procedure for the return 
of your product. 


Guarantee : We guarantee your satisfaction. 
In the event of any goods being faulty they 
must be returned within 7 days

Shipping & Handling :For deliveries to the Channel Islands, 
Isle Of Man, Scottish Islands, Scottish 
Highlands, Northern Ireland or Eire, 
a surcharge will apply, please call for 
details 01760 721000.We can also deliver to BFPO
addresses

Delivery Schedule : We use parcel force to deliver goods on our 
behalf. Goods are normally delivered between
9am-5pm Monday-Friday, If our courier
is unable to deliver the goods to the
address, or if you fail to respond to
the 'sorry we missed you card' the 
courier may return the goods to us at
your expense

Payment: We except paypal, credit or debit card please
