We aim to respond to all emails within 24hrs of receipt (excluding weekends). Our normal working hours are Mon-Fri 0800 to 1700.
If payment is not received within 7 days we will claim our listing fees back from Ebay and you will be issued with a non-paying bidder strike by Ebay.
Delivery to UK mainland only. We cannot deliver off shore.
“A full refund is offered on any item sold through Ebay, provided that the return request is made within seven days of receipt of delivery. Items must be unused and returned with any original packaging. As these items are discounted and sold as stock clearance, Nisbets standard warranty does not apply”
*Cosmetic damage is any marking on the unit that does not affect its performance, including but not restricted to: dents and deep scratches to one or more sides, scuffs, scratches and evidence of testing. Also some machines may not sit level.
