This Bsa A10 golden flash is one of the best Ive seen in a while , restored a few years ago and then simply put into a garage , it is not even run in ! , Full engine rebuild , as its 1960 version it has the big journal crank , thick flange barrels , all new chrome wheels ,exhausts and controls , plus original tank was rechromed to a high standard , all the tinware is correct and original ,there are a few storage scraps to the paintwork here and there as it was kept in a crowded garage . It was fitted with a boyer brandson converted K2F magneto and upgraded to 12 volts ,also fitted with an anti syphon valve to stop the traditional wet sumping , suffered by most gear driven oil pump bikes . the only fault I can see is that there doesnt seem to be a full charge from the dynamo , not too difficult to sort out I would think.
It has the advantage of an original reg number which is transferrable, something of a rarety these days.Like all of my bikes this one is available for sale locally so dont hang around to the death before deciding to bid, you may leave it too late.
