Carrier orders will need to be signed for, so please check emails as notification of dispatch will be sent. If the carriers cannot deliver, they will leave a contact card if they don't hear from you, your order will be returned to us and you will need to pay for another delivery.

RETURNS If you are not completely satisfied with your item you can return it providing it is in a resalable condition, within 7 days of receipt. The customer will be liable for the return carrier and carriage costs. When you return your goods, please ensure it is well wrapped and insured, as we cannot accept receipt of a damaged item. If the item is delivered to us damaged we will inform you immediately so you can claim from your carrier. If you cannot return the goods we will arrange a collection for which you will be charged Please include your name, address, date of purchase and items in the parcel. Your refund will be for the item and outgoing carriage costs. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, providing you have informed us upon receipt, we will either replace the item or damaged part or refund you in full. Any goods sent in error will be replaced and the incorrect goods collected by us. International, Highland and Offshore orders For international orders we will refund the UK carriage costs but cannot refund the full international carriage costs, unless faulty or not as described.
