7 Days of receipt

All items sold are new and sealed and are checked before dispatch. In the unfortunate event that your item turns out to be faulty, you must inform Born Survivor Supplies immediately and return the item within 7 days of receipt. Once you have returned the item including all original packaging, and the item is found to be faulty, I will either refund you in full including your return postage costs (Royal Mail 2nd Class Packet) or dispatch you a replacement the choice is yours. If your purchase turns out to be not what you wanted you may return it. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, once inspected and found to be in the same condition as originally shipped, you will be given a refund minus a restocking fee (eBay & PayPal fees plus postage and packing costs) Regards Andy
