An excellent "used" condition, 100% original, Cameronians (Scottish Rifles) cap badge. This badge is estimated to be of WWII vintage, is of a single piece, white metal construction and; measures 2.1/8" [54 mm] tall and 2.1/2" [65 mm] wide.  This pattern of badge was worn by The Cameronians (Scottish Rifles) up until 1958, at which time it was replaced by The Lowland Brigade cap badge.  (The Cameronians (Scottish Rifles) never emerged from The British Army's Brigade system, opting for disbandment rather than amalgamation, in 1969.)
