We buy our products in bulk so that we can pass on the savings to our customers most of the items are perfect and have been sent to us with damaged packaging or as end of line or liquidated stock. Some of them are unused customer returns
They have all been sorted and if not boxed tested
Customers usually return items under the retailers policy for one of 2 reasons They bought the wrong item or they have minor damage, retailers are not allowed to resell the items and therefore we buy in bulk and pass on the savings to our customers
We grade all of our items as per the grading system below
A No visible damage on any of the faces that will be seen all fittings included as far as we can tell Please note these may have very very minor blemishes which are not obvious when we inspect them. Integrated appliances may have panel damage to one or more of the unseen sides, top, or back which wont be seen when the item is fitted and wont affect its performance, may or may not be in original box
B Minimum damage i.e. small scratch, chip or dent on the front of the item, which will be seen when fitted but is very minor (see comment at top of page for specifics) All the fitting are included. May or may not be in original box
CMore damaged than B may have been fitted but not used, may be missing some of the fittings minor (see comment at top of page for specifics)These items are listed for collection only but can be shipped, payment if shipped is by BACS transfer and no refunds are given on grade C items for cosmetic damage. May or may not be in original box
Remember that each of our items is individually graded and tested and stock is limited and the items sell very fast so if you want it buy it don’t watch it. REFUNDS and RETURNS
You may return any faulty item to us for refund or exchange, at our discretion, within 7 days of receipt. The Customer must call the Company for a Returns Number before returning any items. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition and be fit for re-sale. All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer The return postage costs are often considerably higher than the outward cost as these are charged at commercial rates wheras the outbound cost is often subsidised. A typical appliance costs £40 in return postage It is your responsibility to arrange return postage and insure goods against damage Items signed for in good condition by you which are returned and subsequently damaged on the return trip will be refused and sent back so you can make an insurance claim against the shipper if you are not insured you will underwrite the loss.
The Company reserves the right to charge a realistic fee for repackaging if the product is returned Everything that we send out is checked prior to despatch. We recommend that on receipt you check the item before signing for them as once the goods are signed for we will not accept any claims for damages. If you sign for the goods as 'unchecked' we will not accept any claims for damages that are discovered at a later time. Our suggestion is that you check, then sign and if that means keeping the courier waiting don't feel bad as it's protecting you. If an item proves to be faulty we will need to be notified within 7 days and we will need a full explanation and where appropriate, photographic evidence. We will either replace the damaged/faulty component or replace the item in its entirety at our discretion. If the customer decides to cancel the order then they will fall liable for the cost of the delivery to them and also for the return. We insist you obtain proof of posting when returning an item to us and use a signed for method, as we cannot accept responsibility for items not received or which are damaged on the return trip.
Damaged goods will be replaced or repaired. We cannot accept responsibility for damages after the goods have been signed for - if they are damaged in transit DO NOT sign for them. All faulty goods must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery.
If you have bought an item which is graded and it fits the description on the listing you will be responsible for both the outbound and inbound shipping cost regardless of the reason for returning it.
Items purchased in auction style formats or collected in person are not covered under long distance selling regulations and are not covered under our returns policy unless faulty
