Typically non-fragile items below 20kg will be sent by CityLink (for example taps and towel warmers), and very small items by Royal Mail (for example bathroom accessories). These are normally despatched same or next day, and delivery is overnight. If you have not received your order within a week please call us, so we can address any problems promptly.
To avoid breakages larger and fragile items (for example shower enclosures and trays, toilets and mirrors) are delivered door-to-door by dedicated drivers, or by pallet courier. We normally have a delivery to most parts of the country each week, however more distant areas (typically over 200 miles from Leicester) may take a little longer. We will contact you by telephone prior to despatch of these items, to ensure you know when your order will arrive.
If your item is to be despatched by pallet someone must be available to sign for your goods and your address must be accessible to medium-sized lorries. Redeliveries caused by inadequate access, lack of a person to receive and sign for goods, or other causes beyond the control of the courier, will be rechargeable.
