1.All items are dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment. Rugs are dispatched with Parcelforce48 and normally arrive within 2 working days. A tracking can be provided upon request. All deliveries with Parcelforce require a signature.
2.Items going to the following postcodes will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcels and normally arrive within 3-5 working days:
HS1, 2-9, All IV Postcodes, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-77, PH17-50
3. We reserve the right to use Royal Mail Standard Parcels for other remote areas that may not be listed here.

Return policy
You may return any rug within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Returns must be notified to us within those 14 days. Rugs being returned must be returned in the condition and manner in which they were delivered. Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of goods a refund of the cost of the rugs will be given. We cannot refund any postage charges incurred during the cancelled transaction.
