Delivery Charges are based upon a standard UK mainland destination. (For delivery to N.Ireland / Isle of Man & White / Highland & Islands or TR postcodes please email us first for a quote )

We deliver both on our own vehicles and use specialised courier companies to ensure the goods reach you in first class condition. They will call first to confirm a convenient date with you. Your order will not be dispatched until you have provided us with all contact telephone numbers. All deliveries are curbside only, although our drivers (at their own discretion) will normally help you to take the item indoors. Our drivers are not insured to carry items inside your house.
From receipt you have 48 hours to inspect the goods for any transit damage. After this period no claims for damage will be accepted.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
